a good friend just pointed me to the link of the author of the classic Fast Company article, Love is the Killer App, which has also been published as a book. i thought you might be interested in sanders' recommended reading.

    Relevant Magazine had an article by Tim Sanders in their most recent issue, as well. It's not available online though (otherwise I'd post the link).
