more stuff to read

Google Inc.'s Internet-leading search engine on Thursday will begin serving up the entire contents of books and government documents that aren't entangled in a copyright battle over how much material can be scanned and indexed from five major libraries.

The list of Google's so-called "public domain" works — volumes no longer protected by copyright — include Henry James novels, Civil War histories, Congressional acts and biographies of wealthy New Yorkers.

that's pretty cool but it's not always the whole book... Divine Conspiracy by Dallas Willard only has the forward... do you know how to get the whole book?

Hey Wes
Hit the tag, "Read More About This Book" on the left side of the page. Here's how it works as I've figured...the pages represent your search. If you just type in "love" for Willard's book, you will get all the pages with the word "love." If you go to search the title, The Divine Conspiracy, click on the results, then hit, "More results from this book" you will get a lot of pages because most have the title, Divine Conspiriacy.

Type in "because" and you wil;l get alomost every page for obvious reasons. It's a game and you can wil. Still yet, there are many restricted pages and a time limit on viewing. At this stage, I don't know if the limit is restricted to a single book or a time factor per book. Again, I'm sure there's a way around it. I copy and paste pages by going to Paintbrush, cropping only the text I want and pasting into a Word document. This takes time and impacts your time limit. I am on dial-up so the page load time also affects my time. A DSL would make this more productive.

I LOVE this..thank STEPHEN!
